A lot of people want to work in medical field as nurses, but since they don't know much about it or they don't know what jobs would be available, they choose to back away and choose another profession. Being nurses isn't difficult, but it's not easy either. As long as they have the will and spirit, they could do certified nursing assistant work that would go along with their dreams. If they're not sure about the requirements needed for it, they could ask for more certified nursing assistant info. If they don't have the money to have the required education, they could go to Ena.org to get grants and scholarships.
