The Cincinnati Reds are back in GABP, and they’ll have fans in the stands to welcome them after their impressive 4-game sweep of the St. Louis Cardinals in #Bush. Of course, those fans will be in attendance to watch the Reds take on the Milwaukee Brewers, who are also fresh off a sweep and the winners of 9 of their last 10 games.
A spicy NL Central matchup, indeed.
Cincinnati will turn to Sonny Gray for the opener, while the Beers will send out Adrian Houser, who has struggled mightily against Cincinnati hitting in his career. On top of that, the Reds will be welcoming back Joey Votto for the first time in a month, as he’s recovered from his busted thumb and back in the lineup.
First pitch is set for 7:10 PM ET, and I highly suggest you enjoy a few cold pops and tune in.
Go Reds.
