Not Hunter Greene, who was good but no Graham Ashcraft, who fired a complete game, 2-hit shutout for AA Chattanooga.

AAA - Louisville Bats 5, Indianapolis 0

Greene’s dominant outing earned him his first AAA win, in case you’re here in search of completely meaningless team-oriented individual statistics. He fanned 6 while scattering said pair of hits and trio of walks on 85 pitches. RJ Alaniz, Edgar “Alligator” Garcia, and Jose De Leon backed him with scoreless outings to secure the shutout, while Alejo “Pilsnerjo” Lopez, Logan “Ben Solo GIF” Morrison, and Alfredo Rodriguez paced the offense with 2-hit nights each.

AA - Chattanooga Lookouts 11, Rocket City Trash Pandas 0

Chattanooga gave the Trash Pandas the good ol’ Charlie Scrabbles treatment on Wednesday, skunking them Mel Blanc. Jose Barrero stayed wicked hot with yet another socked dinger, Mark Kolozsvary and Brian “Do” Rey socked bongos, too, and that was plenty good enough given that Graham “Emerald Borer” Ashcraft fired a completely brilliant 2 hit shutout on the bump. He struck out 8 on the night with nary a walk and should be firmly on every single national radar by now.

A+ - Dayton Dragons 4, West Michigan Whitecaps 1

Dayton kept the Reds minor league win-train rolling on Wednesday, doing so while backing a solid 4 IP start from Jacque “Inspector” Pucheu. Quin Cotton smashed his 7th dinger of the season, while Eric Yang tripled and scored twice in a balanced night offensively from the fire-breathers.
