After an abysmal outing on Thursday, your Cincinnati Reds finally hit the ball and came out victorious against the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday night. The Reds will look to continue that on Saturday, hoping to string together some crucial wins if they want any shot at making the playoffs.
The Reds will send Anthony DeSclafani to the mound tonight. Disco, who suffered a shoulder strain in Summer Camp, threw five shutout innings last Sunday in his first start of the season. Milwaukee will counter with Brett Anderson. Anderson only threw 3 innings last time out, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits in a 6-4 loss against the Cubs. Notably missing from the lineup tonight is Nick Senzel. Senzel left last night’s game with groin tightness. Hopefully he can get back out there soon. Go Reds.
