I filled up my car with gas yesterday for the first time since February. Because of how warped we’ve all become over the last few months, I was actually somewhat bummed I couldn’t eek things out and make it all the way until May.
The gas cost $1.09 a gallon. What is this, the 90s?
While that entire series of sentences would have sounded completely stupid just a few months back, what’s also stupid is that I still haven’t seen a roll of toilet paper on a grocery store shelf since February, either. While the once usually robust stash still has a handful of rolls left in it, I’m beginning to be glad the leaves are back on the trees just in case.
What’s been stupiding you of late?
