Reds at Pirates, Game 2 - Preview and Lineups

After losing in the most Reds-centric fashion last night, the Reds play their final night game of the season. A moral victory against the last place team in the division is about as necessary as it gets. The Reds have also lost 5 straight games for only the second time this season, after their 1-8 start. I’d really not like to believe that the Reds have quit on this season, but it’s hard to look like anything otherwise. Are you still watching?

Lucas Sims gets the start in what will be a bullpen game since Sonny Gray ended his season with arthroscopic surgery. James Marvel gets the ball for Pittsburgh, who is a person that I’m pretty sure that reds.com pulled from a comic book.
