Eric “Chunky” Stout took the start and could have been better. He allowed three earned runs over 4.2 innings on five hits, three walks, while striking out three. Jackson “Mississippi” Stephens struck out two in 1.1 scoreless, and Jimmy “Eat World” Herget struck out two in a scoreless inning. Brian “Beef” O’Grady went 3 for 4 with his 28th dinger of the year, three RBI, his 20th stolen base and two run scored. Nick “The Quick” Ciuffo walked and hit a two run shot of his own. Christian Colon “Oscopy” went 3 for 4 with a double, two RBI, and a run scored. Blandino walked twice and knocked in a run with a double.

Chattanooga did not play due to rain.

Daytona Tortugas 3, St. Lucie Mets 2

Mac “N Cheese” Sceroler pitched one helluva game. Sceroler, gave up only one unearned run over seven innings on three hits, no walks, while striking out eight. Diomar “Do More” Lopez struck out one in two shutout innings of relief. Bruce “Yeti” Yari went 3 for 4 with a walk and a double. Bryant Flete walked three times.

Dayton Dragons 5, Great Lake Loons 3

Clate “Or Die” Schmidt pitched well. He gave up one earned run over five innings on five hits, three walks, while striking out three. Matt “Pudding” Pidich stuck out two in two innings to pick up the save. Jay “Bird” Schuyler went 2 for 4 with a two run dong, a double, and two runs scored. Miguel Hernandez went 2 for 4 with a RBI and a run scored, and Mike “Superstar” Siani went 2 for 4 with a RBI.

Billings Mustangs 4, Missoula Osprey 7

Miguel “Mike” Medrano gave up three earned runs over six innings on three hits, one walk, while striking out seven. He did give up two bombs which soured his pitching line. Quin “Killed Fiddy Men” Cotton went 3 for 4 with a double, walk, RBI, and two runs scored. The rest of Billings was quiet.

Greeneville Reds 7, Elizabethton Twins 3

Jacques “Machu” Pucheu gave up three earned runs over five innings on six hits, two walks, while striking out five. Tyler “Gabby” Garbee struck out four in three shutout innings to pick up the save. Danielito Remy knocked a two run dinger. Jose Tello “Phone” drove in three runs while going 2 for 4 with a triple and a run scored, Caleb “Clam Bake” Van Blake went 2 for 4 with a double, RBI, and a run scored, and Hunter Oliver went 2 for 4 with a double and two runs scored.
