Rangers at Reds, Game 2 - Preview and Lineups

A listless performance by the Reds on what should have been a great night at the ballpark lat night has the Reds in a tough spot today. It doesn’t get any easier with Mike Minor on the mound for the Rangers tonight. Minor has been a major presence in the Rangers’ rotation to this point, with a 2.52 ERA striking out over a batter an inning so far this season. He’s coming off of 2 runs given up in 8 innings in Boston.

The Reds have Tanner Roark pitching tonight. They really would like to see a good outing for Roark, who’s one of few trade deadline chips the Reds hold. Roark has lost his last two starts.
