The Cincinnati Reds will play host to the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night, and they’ll do so with a pretty power-packed lineup. Nick Senzel, Joey Votto, Yasiel Puig, and six other Reds I deliberately skipped over in favor of listing those three names are all expected to get some extended run in this one, seeing as the regular season starts in just over a week and it’s time to ramp everything up.
Lucas Sims will make his second start of the spring, and continues to be a pitcher on the roster that seems to be flying completely under the radar. I’ll be looking to see how his devastating breaking ball works tonight, especially since THIS GAME IS ON TV AND WE ALL GET A CHANCE TO WATCH IT.
Hat tip, per usual, to The Athletic’s C. Trent Rosecrans for the #lineuptweet, especially for including the tidbit that Sonny Gray was getting his work in via a minor league game today, at some point.
#Reds lineup and travel roster for tonight’s game against the White Sox. Game will be live on @FOXSportsOH at 9:05 pm. Sonny Gray was scheduled to throw in a minor league game today in Goodyear pic.twitter.com/FqJYWEsn5g

First pitch is set for 9:05 PM ET, and will be live on FS-Ohio for you in-market folks. For the out o’ marketers, you can check it out on MLB.tv with just enough of a delay to make following along on Twitter a pain in the butt. Never fear with this thread, though, since the new SBN comment system delays loading comments just long enough to where they might actually load with no spoiler alerts.
Go Reds! They are my favorite plural color!
