Spring Training Game Twenty-One: Dodgers at Reds

Tanner Roark gets the start.

MLB: Spring Training-Cincinnati Reds at Los Angeles Dodgers Matt Kartozian-USA TODAY Sports

The Cincinnati Reds and Los Angeles Dodgers played nine innings just yesterday, at which point nothing was solved in a 3-3 game. In a wonderful coincidence, the two clubs will swap stadiums and keep right on playing on Friday night with the chance to put some finality on the ledger in these completely meaningless spring training games.

Hey, at least this one will be on TV! MLB Network will carry this broadcast, and the Reds are rolling out a pretty realistic big league lineup to boot. Nick Senzel is leading of as the team’s CF, Joey Votto will be backing him hitting second, Tanner Roark will be on the mound to start - and Roark is even hitting for himself tonight as the teams have opted to buck the DH as the regular season nears.
