Reds stage comeback, beat White Sox 7-4 to win series

Yayy holiday baseball!

The Cincinnati Reds fired roman candles from their pockets, strung together a vital series of singles in the 4th inning that resulted in a half-dozen runs, and generally stuck it to the Chicago White Sox in impressive fashion on this, the 4th of July.

As for Red Reporter, just know that we watched Sal Romano scatter damage, Jesse Winker continue to emerge as an offensive force, Joey Votto smack a pair of hits, and, Jose Peraza walk twice for the first time since wooly mammoths and sabertooth tigers roamed the planet.

Today was a good day of baseball, folks, and we sure as heck hope you enjoyed it.
