White Sox at Reds, Game Three - Preview and Lineups

Holiday baseball!

It’s the 4th of July, the birthday of ‘Murrica. Grill a burger. Go to Philadelphia. Wear a tricorn hat with a big thick wig on and sweat through a knee-length wool coat. Y’know, old-timey 1776 stuff.

The Cincinnati Reds will do some baseball today in their own way of celebrating, and they’ll do so wearing jerseys that are ugly enough to make that fourth hot dog want to come back up. They’ll be tackling the Chicago White Sox on the day, hopefully in less time than it took to finish last night’s contest.

Sal Romano will go for the Reds opposite Dylan Covey.

First pitch is set for 7:10 PM ET, which is just late enough to ruin all the other plans you might have had on this great evening.
