The bullpen looked to have been saved by the rain. Josh “Man Eater” VanMeter went 2 for 4 with a grand slam. Nick Senzel went 2 for 4 with a walk and 2 runs scored. Hernan “The Barbarian” Iribarren went 2 for 4 with a double, RBI, walk, and a run scored, Gabby Guerrero went 3 for 4 with a double, RBI, and a run scored, and Steve “Selzer” Selsky went 2 for 2 with 2 walks and 2 run scored.

The Bats play on Thursday at 7:00 PM ET.

Ryan Campbell “Soup” went 3 shutout innings while only surrendering 1 walk and striking out 2. Andy “Dr.” Cox struck out 2 in a scoreless inning, and Matt “Quiddich” Pidich gave up 2 unearned runs but struck out 2 as well. Miguel Bautista singled in a run, and Jake Turnbull doubled and scored.
