Farmers Only: LOSS

It’s just a bunch of losin’, no winnin’, and sad, cloudy days.

Brandon Larson Honorary Star Of The Night

NO ONE. BUNCHA LOSERS.

Louisville Bats 1, Durham Bulls 4

Cody “Rec Spec” Reed took the bump and was ungood. He allowed 4 earned runs over 5 innings pitched on 5 hits, 4 walks, but he did strikeout 5. Domingo “Ate Your Tapioca” Tapia pitched a scoreless inning. Dilson Herrera was 1 for 3 with a solo dinger and that was pretty much all of the offense. The Bats had only three hits.

The Bats will have Jose Lopez on the mound as the face off against ASHER WOJCIECHOWSKI at 7:05 PM.

Pensacola had their game suspended in the 9th due to rain. It was the top of the 9th and Jacksonville had just taken the lead with the bases loaded with two outs. They’ll resume play tonight and will have someone pitching their regularly scheduled game at 6:35 pm CT.

Daytona Tortugas 1, Bradenton Marauders 6

Scott Moss “Man” didn’t have his best game, but he also didn’t get any help from his defense. Moss did allow 9 hits over 4.2 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. However, 5 runs were scored total. He walked 1 and struck out 3. Aaron “Pen” Quillen pitched 2.1 scoreless with 2 strikeouts. Bruce “Laurel” Yari hit a solo dinger. Taylor Trammel went 1 for 2 with 2 walks, and Tyler “Yawn” Stephenson went 1 for 3 with a walk.

A person pitches at 7:05 PM T for Daytona.

Dayton Dragons 1, Lansing Lugnuts 4

Wendolyn “Mandolin” Bautista wasn’t good. He allowed 4 earned runs over 6.1 innings on 9 hits, 3 walks, and 3 strikeouts. Tyler “Cheeseburger In Paradise” Buffett struck out 2 in 1.2 scoreless. Stuart Fairchild was 1 for 4 with a RBI.
