Brandon Larson Honorary Star of the Weekend
Shed Long struggled with his first taste of Double-A baseball in the second half of the 2017 season, hitting only .227/.319/.362 in 42 games for the Blue Wahoos. He went into 2018 looking to improve upon that line and has done so in a big way so far. This weekend, he went 5 for 10 with a double and 1 RBI and extended his hitting streak to 10 games on Sunday. He has that slash line up to .340/.397/.453. Keep it up, Shed.
