Christian Yelich is playing baseball tonight, and that alone is worth watching. Of course, he’s being joined by his Milwaukee Brewers teammates in the third game of the National League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, which makes it that much more to look forward to.
Yelich hails from Thousand Oaks, CA, too, meaning he’s a Southern California kid getting to play on the biggest of stages in Dodger Stadium, which I’m pretty sure is why there’s a Disneyland in Southern California. That Walt, I tell ya.
Anyway, the Brewers will turn to Jhoulys Chacin for the start, while the Dodgers will send rookie phenom Walker Buehler to the mound. Buehler, of course, grew up where I grew up and went to college where I went to college, but alas, there is no Disneyfarm in Lexington, Kentucky. At least, not yet...
Enjoy your baseball, folks, and feel free to yap about it with us here.
