Parkinson's Awareness Day at GABP! Please Read.

Hi everyone.

As some of you may already know, I own a boxing gym devoted to the training and treatment of people with Parkinson's disease in Wilder, Ky. called Rock Steady Boxing NKY. Things are going very well in the first few months and my clients are having fun and seeing very real improvement. Plus, they get to punch me everyday, so there are some very real perks to the program.

I have become increasingly active in the local Parkinson's community and am gaining some visibility which has put me in a position to hopefully start making a big difference here in the city. As a multi-year season ticket holder with the Reds, my family and I have also been on the Reds radar because of our devout loyalty (see: lots of money spent) and our distinct personalities (see: The Pops Daniels character) and I approached the Reds about doing some kind of event to support Parkinson's research in the city. So, after many months and meetings and a new partnership with Dave "The Cobra" Parker, the Reds have agreed to host the first annual (hopefully) Parkinson's Awareness Day at GABP on Tuesday April 24th at 6:40 against the Braves. A portion of every ticket sold goes to various Parkinson's research and support programs in Cincinnati. I do not see a dime of the funds and the programs receiving the funds are simply spectacular. I hope that you will consider buying a ticket or two from the link below and come on out to the park that night. I will likely be on the field for some pre-game stuff and in the seats with everyone for the game. If you have any questions, please email me at nky@rsbaffiliate.com or leave a comment below and I will do my best to answer promptly. Thank you in advance for your support!
