The Red Sox are in town for an interleague series, the Reds’ first since they went to New York in July. At 88-64, the Red Sox come into this series as the 3rd best team in the AL, and are certainly not a team the Reds want to see right now.

Sal Romano gets the ball in the opener. Romano grew up a Yankees fan, and is coming off of an 8-inning shutout start. He gets to face Rick Porcello, last year’s Cy Young winner in the AL. Yikes.
