The Reds’ youthful rotation continues today, as Bob Steve gets the ball against another former top prospect in Julio Teheran. Stephenson hasn’t started since August 2nd, but pitched two hitless innings of relief on the 13th. Teheran threw 7 shutout innings in his last start.
