Sal Romano vs. Vance Worley

Sal Romano follows up his impressive last start with another start against the Marlins. In fact, that’s the last time the Reds won a game. Romano went 6 innings and only gave up 1 run in that one, with a career-high 7 strikeouts.

He’ll face Vance Worley, who you may remember from his time in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Worley started his season spot starting in the Marlins’ rotation in May, but hasn’t made a start since June 9th. He’s taking Tom Koehler’s spot in the rotation, who faced the Reds last week.
