The Reds play the first of a brief, two-game series in the Bronx tonight with two rookies on the bump.

In Castillo’s last start against Arizona, he pitched six full, gave up four runs on four hits and struck out seven. He has pitched at least six innings in each of his last three starts.

Montgomery last pitched against Minnesota, giving up six runs on seven hits in six innings. On the year, he has a 4.09 ERA and a 1.27 WHIP.
