Robert Stephenson vs. Chris O’Grady

Surprisingly enough, Bob Steve hasn’t made a start for the Reds so far this season. We’re officially at the “let the young guys get as many starts as they can” part of the season, so guys like Stephenson will get some opportunities here to earn a starting spot for next year.

On the other side is Chris O’Grady, who the Reds actually selected in the 2015 Rule 5 draft, only to send him back to the Angels. This is the first time the Reds have faced a pitcher that they had previously selected in the Rule 5 draft in at least 20 years, which is where my research ended.
