Reds vs Nationals

Scott Feldman vs Stephen Strasburg

The Reds were overrun by the Nationals this weekend, outscored 29-11. The only reason this wasn’t a series sweep is because they are playing a fourth game today. Yeepers.

In case you haven’t noticed, the Nationals are a really good baseball team. Their only real weakness has been their bullpen, and they just traded for Sean Doolittle and former-Red Ryan Madson yesterday. Dusty’s boys are goin’ for it.

Scott Feldman throws for your Reds today, hopefully trying to burnish his reputation. If he can go toe-to-toe with Straz today, a few other contenders might consider trading some interesting prospects to get him. At least, that’s my take.

I am quite fond of the Reds, and it is my solemn plea that today they might go.
