Amir Garrett vs. Ty Blach

Last night was a blast, as the Reds thumped pummeled defeated the Giants. They’ll look to continue that trend tonight as they attempt to win their second series in a row.

The pitching matchup this evening features two rookies, which is a sharp contrast to the veteran-heavy matchup from yesterday. On the Reds’ side, it’s Amir Garrett getting the ball. Garrett bounced back nicely from his first big league adversity with a strong start against the Pirates in his last time out. He’ll face Ty Blach, who is making his third start after starting the season in the bullpen. Blach threw 7 shutout innings against San Diego in his last start, but got a tough luck no decision.

The weather should be a little nicer tonight, hopefully.
