Deck McGuire vs. Mike Montgomery

We’re finally at Game 162. The last time we’ll see Reds baseball until late February, and even then, it won’t count. There will be lots of excitement and fanfare for the next Reds game that counts, in March of next year, for whatever reason. Until then, we’ll keep bringing you the latest news, analysis, and fart noises translated into article form. (#farticles)

The amazing staff here doesn’t get enough thanks, so I’d like to do that in this space. Everyone involved has put in a ton of hard work, the vast majority of it going unnoticed by anyone not currently reading this, and we’ve had a ton of great coverage and content this season that I’d encourage anyone who hasn’t been paying attention to seek out.

Also, thanks to you, the reader. Without you, this isn’t nearly as much fun of a place to hang out, and what Red Reporter has always boiled down to is that it’s a place where people hang out to talk about Reds baseball and whatever else is going on in their lives. Thanks to all of you who have contributed to the conversation, and we hope you’ll stick around and hang with us as the cold weather comes.

The Reds are playing baseball today, for the final time in around 6 months. Enjoy it, y’all.

Go Reds!
