Tim Adleman is back and better than ever as he steps into the GABP spotlight for the first time since May. He made 4 starts in his last stint up here, with a 1-1 record and a solid 3.72 ERA. The one thing he hasn't shown is the ability to go deep into games, so the bullpen will need to be ready to roll tonight. That'll be easier with Michael Lorenzen back from the bereavement list.
He'll face Bud Norris, who has been with the Dodgers since the end of June. He's got a 4.34 ERA in 29 innings with the Dodgers, but went on the DL with a back sprain in early August. This'll be his first start back.
Go Reds!
