Brandon Finnegan vs. Edwin Jackson

New series in San Diego as the Reds take on the new-look Pads. The Padres have already begun their wheeling and dealing, making a pretty big trade this morning, so there could be a lot of turnover in this series. The Reds have Brandon Finnegan taking the mound tonight, who hasn't made it out of the 6th in 4 straight starts. He could really use a bounce back tonight.

He'll face Edwin Jackson, who's making his third straight start for the Padres. Jackson's an old friend who the Reds have seen a lot of, but he started this year as a reliever, and has only made two starts all season. His first two were both quality ones, so the Padres hope that he can eat some innings tonight.

Go Reds!
