Alright let me start off with a few disclaimers. No, I did not cut my finger off. Yes I realize that I did not put all the ingredients from the actual ballpark food, and yes, I realize that affects the flavor.
Now that we have that out of the way...
WELCOME TO EPISODE 2 OF MATT MAKES BALLPARK FOOD AT HIS HOUSE!
Today, I make something from a non-MLB affiliated team, the Gateway Grizzlies. This is affectionately known as the "Best Burger in Baseball" by the site that promotes the burger.
There are plenty of things I could have done to make this more authentic. The actual recipe calls for bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and for the donuts to be toasted. I didn't have the time, or desire, to massacre my insides, so I decided to stick with just the burger and donuts, un-toasted. I realize after posting the video that I never really gave it a grade, so I give it a Q/11. Figure that one out. Also, thanks to my dad for being in this video, he's the best. Let me know what you guys of this series/video, and tell me if there are any foods you want me to make next! Bon Appetit!
