With the 35th pick in the draft the Cincinnati Reds selected high school outfielder Taylor Trammell from Kennesaw, Georgia. As of June 7, Baseball America actually had Trammell going as the 12th pick in the draft to Boston. The analysis following Cincinnati's pick seemed to be favorable.
Reds got two legit top 15 talents in Senzel and Trammell..great draft so far for Chris Buckley and the crew.

Although, Christopher Crawford of Baseball Prospectus wrote this about Trammell in a recent chat at CBS Sports
"One guy I keep hearing first-round talk with is Taylor Trammell (OF, Mount Paran Christian HS, Georgia), and I'm not sure I understand why. He's a plus-plus runner and a pretty good centerfielder, but I don't see anyway the hit or power tool is more than fringe-average, and even that might be a stretch. I get taking a guy like that in the second or third round, but not in the first 25-30 picks."
