There had been some talk about opening up a thread since the Louisville Bats, Pensacola Blue Wahoos, Dayton Dragons, and Daytona Tortugas will be starting their seasons tonight. While we spent some time rooting on that fantastic sweep of the Phillies, I think it's important to also remember all the future Redlegs that are taking the field tonight.
Louisville is currently in the 7th inning at Toledo and is losing 10-2. They had a collection of relievers starting the game.
Pensacola Blue Wahoos face off at 7:00 pm CT with Naughty Nick Travieso on the mound against Brevard County.
The Daytona Tortugas start up at 7:05 pm ET with a TBA on the mound. Daytona didn't update their website, but it looks like Jon Moscot will be making a rehab start, which is pretty important.
The Dayton Dragons will be playing Bowling Green at 7:35 pm ET with the Reds 2nd Round Competitive Balance Pick from the 2015 draft, Tanner Rainey, chucking some baseballs.
