Holy cow, the Bats scored 10 runs in the fifth inning. We'll start with the pitchers just to get them out of the way. Tim "Able man" Adleman pitched 5 innings, giving up 5 runs, 7 hits, 2 BB, 5 K. JC "Penny's" Ramirez pitched a scoreless inning of relief with 2 strikeouts, and Ryan Mattheus threw 2 scoreless. Crap, there were a ton of hits. I'll give you the stats from the top prospects. Jesse "Winkerbean" Winker was 3 for 4 with a double, 2 RBI, and 2 walks. Jose Peraza was 4 for 6 with 3 runs scored, a double, and a RBI. There were surprisingly no home runs hit and every player had a hit, several had multiple hits. It was crazy town.

Pensacola Blue Wahoos 2, Biloxi Shuckers 5
General Jackson Stephens took the start and continued to look impressive (6.2 IP, 7 H, 3 ER, 0 BB, 5 K). Chad "Walka Walka" Wallach was 0 for 2 with 2 walks and a RBI. That's the best I could find in the hitting line because there wasn't much else to talk about. I can't lie about this. I'm trying to fill space with words to make this paragraph worth the time.

Daytona Tortugas 2, Clearwater Threshers 4
Wyatt "Derp" Strahan took the start and got thumped around a bit. He pitched 6.2 innings, giving up 9 hits, 4 earned runs, 0 walks, and struck out 2. Jacob Ehret pitched a scoreless inning of relief with zeroes across the board. Avain Rachel was 2 for 3 with a 2-run dinger and a walk. So, he accounted for almost all the offense.

Dayton Dragons 3, Great Lake Loons 5
Frandelyn "Brandy Lynn" Romero had a very solid outing. He pitched 7 innings of 1 run ball with 5 hits allowed, 2 walks, and 6 strikeouts. The hitting was, again, pretty depressing. Tyler Stephenson was 1 for 4 with a RBI. A lot of guys did the 1 for 4 thing with some clutchy RBIs smooshed in there.
