Cleveland at Chicago, World Series Game 5 (Bauer vs. Lester)

For all the marbles. Maybe.

Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

The Cleveland baseball club can win a World Series tonight.  That's a sentence I'm not sure I ever thought I'd type.

They'll take a 3-1 series lead back to Wrigley Field for Game 5 here in a moment, where Jon Lester and the Chicago Cubs will look to extend their own storybook season.  Trevor Bauer will be tasked with starting for Cleveland in what's obviously the biggest start of his life, and he'll personally look to continue making the Arizona Diamondbacks and their goofyboot front office look dumber and dumber by the day.

The wind is blowing either in or out, and there will be no shadows.  Frankly, I'm not sure what the announcers will have to talk about, aside from Joe Maddon making interesting decisions and looking like the coolest cat on the planet.

The Cincinnati Reds will not be playing, but neither will the St. Louis Cardinals - and for that we can be thankful.

GO CLEVELAND.
