Louisville Bats

Louisville 1, Indianapolis 8

Dylan Axelrod had a pretty poopy start (2.2 IP, 8 H, 6 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 1 K).  Jose De La "Di Freaking Da" Torre and Drew Hayes threw scoreless innings out of the bullpen. Hernan "Iritable" Iribarren and Chris Dominguez were both 2 for 4.

Louisville 2, Columbus 4

Josh Smith gave the bullpen a very much needed night off but gave up too many hits (7 IP, 11 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 7 K).  Miguel "Star Gazer" Celestino threw 2 strikeouts in an inning of relief.  Kyle "Wallflower" Waldrop was 3 for 4 and Kristopher Negron was 2 for 4.  They each had a RBI.

Louisville 6, Columbus 7

The Bats were leading into the 9th but gave up the tying run and lost in the 11th.  Brandon Finnegan didn't have a very good start, which is kinda becoming a thing (4 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 4 BB, 5 K).  Carlos "Quite" Contreras pitched 2.1 IP with a hit, walk, and 2 strikeouts.  There were a whole bunch of hits in the game (16) and Ramon Cabrera had 2 RBI and Chris Dominguez had 3 RBI.

Pensacola Blue Wahoos

Pensacola 7, Jackson 1

Daniel Wright put in a good start (8.1 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 4 K) and gave the Wahoos the cushion that they needed.  Jesse Winker continues his dominance with a 2 for 4 night with 2 doubles, 2 RBI, and a walk.  Phillip Ervin didn't have a hit in the game but walked thrice (3 times).  Alex Blandino, Seth Mejias-Band, Beau "Drummer" Amaral and Juan "Hungry Like A Wolf" Duran all had 2 hit games.

Pensacola 0, Jackson 4

Sloppy Sal Romano improved from his disastrous start in AA (6 IP, 5 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 2 K). Stephen 'Jingleheimer" Johnson pitched a scoreless inning with 2 strikeouts.  The Three Brean Salad hit a double and had a walk.

Pensacola 2, Jackson 8

Timothy Adleman didn't have a good start (4.1 IP, 6 H, 6 ER, 2 BB, 0 K, 2 HR). Kevin "Rusty" Shackleford pitched a scoreless inning and 1 K.  Marquez "Old Man" Smith was 2 for 4 and Juan Duran hit a solo wanger.

Daytona Tortugas

Daytona 3, Tampa 9

General Jackson Stephens got whooped (4 IP, 8 H, 6 R, 5 ER, 2 BB, 3 K).  Jimmy "Get a Brain" Moran pitched 2 scoreless innings with 2 K.  Nolan "Pecker" Becker and El'Hajjy Muhammad pitched scoreless innings.  Sebastian "Bach" Elizalde was 2 for 4 with a double and a run scored.

Daytona 0, Tampa 0

It rained.

Daytona 0, Clearwater 0

It rained some more.

Amir Garrett pitches tonight at 5:05 PM EST which is Game 1 of a double header.

Dayton Dragons

Dayton 4, Bowling Green 1

Jacob Paulson had one of his best starts of the season (7 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 8 K).  Conor "Santa" Krauss pitched 1.2 ER with a strikeout.  Avain "Pretty Girl" Prachal was 3 for 4 with a double, and Paul Kronenfeld was 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored.

Dayton 5, Bowling Green 7

Ty Boyles got roughed up (5 IP, 5 H, 5 ER, 2 BB, 2 K).  Jacob "Record Skip" Ehret pitched 2 innings with a hit, walk, and 2 strikeouts.  Paul "Bunyan" Kronenfeld had a big day.  He hit 2 solo dingers.  Gavin LaValley was 2 for 3 with a walk.

Dayton 3, Lake County 1

Tyler "Poppin'" Mahle continues to pitch very well (6 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 2 K).  Junior "Mint" Morillo and Brennan Bernardino both had scoreless appearances out of the pen. Shedric Long hit a two run wanger.  Avain Rachal and Luis Gonzalez was 2 for 4.

Billings Mustangs

Billings 3, Great Falls 4

Tanner Rainey put up a quality start (6 IP, 5 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 7 K).  Dalton "Vince" Carter was responsible for driving in all 3 of the Mustang's runs on a 1 for 3 night with a double.

Billings 0, Helena 9

Junior Joselin Arias got slammed and didn't make it out of the 1st inning.  Carlos "Manchurian" Machorro pitched 3 scoreless innings with a walk and 4 strikeouts, and Jacob "Broody" Moody pitched a scoreless inning.  Me no talky about the offense's 1 hit.

Billings 2, Helena 4

Jacob Constante did alright (5 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, 3 BB, 6 K).  Austin Orewiler pitched 2 scoreless innings out of the pen.  Ugh, the Mustangs were 4 hit in this game, too.  Gross.

Reds 2, Indians 3

Wendolyn "Wendy" Bautista kept doing what he's doing (5 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 7 K).  Pedro Damian pitched 1.2 scoreless innings with 2 K. Francis Guerrero was 2 for 3 with a double and a RBI.  Jose "Ask" Siri was 1 for 3 with a RBI and a walk.

Reds 6, Angels 3

Manny Aybar pitched 4 scoreless innings with a hit, walk, and 2 strikeouts.  Connor Bennett pitched 2 scoreless innings.  Nick Benedetto was 2 for 4 with a triple and 2 RBI.  Lots of other guys did good offensive things.  Check out the box score.

This was the AZL Reds last game.  Yay!
