He doesn't even have the inverted W!

This one is mainly going to read like a simple list of minor league transactions, because it's been another very quiet two weeks on the injury front for the Cincinnati Reds, with the one serious exception of the news that RP Nate Adcock is done for the season (and most of next, most likely) with a torn UCL.  He will have Tommy John surgery on August 4.  Adcock had sucked up 18 low leverage innings for the Reds bullpen over the course of 13 appearances this year.  RP Manny Parra also went back on the DL with a left elbow sprain and hasn't pitched since July 19.  Parra missed over a month earlier this season with a strained neck as well.

In the minor leagues, at AAA Louisville, SS Josciel Veras returned from the 7-day DL on July 29 after missing 15 days with a sprained wrist, IF Kris Negron was activated on July 31 after missing the minimum 7 days with a strained left (non-throwing) shoulder, OF Yorman Rodriguez went on the DL on July 26 with a calf strain, and 3B Jermaine Curtis was DL'ed on July 29 with an undisclosed injury.

At AA Pensacola, RP Kevin Shackelford returned on July 23 after missing 40 days, 3B Ryan Wright returned on July 20 after missing 33 days, C Cam Maron returned on July 27 after missing 27 days with a strained calf, RPs Nick Christiani and Ben Klimesh went on the 7-day DL on July 20, and SP Tim Adleman went on the DL on July 30.

At A+ Daytona, RP Alejandro Chacin returned on July 21 after 22 days of inaction, SS Alex Blandino returned on July 23 after missing 20 days, RP Jonathan Crawford was DL'ed on July 20, and 1B Daniel Pigott was DL'ed on July 31.

At A- Dayton, 2B Ty Washington returned on July 18 after missing 62 days with an undisclosed injury, OF Jimmy Pickens missed the minimum with a sprained left shoulder and returned on July 22, RP Brian Hunter hit the DL on July 18, and C Shedric Long went on the DL on July 22.
