Pensacola narrowly avoided the jaws of defeat, 6-5.  Grin and Barrett Astin didn't have his best start (7 IP, 7 H, 4 ER, 2 BB, 4 K).  Zack Weiss pitched 1.2 scoreless with 4 K.  Juan "Hungry Like A Wolf" Duran continues to hit well after coming back from injury by hitting 3 doubles in 5 at bats with 3 RBI. Zach Vincej was 2 for 3 with a solo dinger and 2 walks, and Jesse "Winkerbean" Winker was 3 for 5 with a double.   Wandy Peralta pitches tonight tonight at 6:35 PM CST.

Daytona put forth a valiant winning effort against Dunedin, 7-1.  Sweaty Sal Romano pitched a gem (7 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, and 6 K).  That is one base runner in 7 innings.  Carlos Gonzalez also pitched a scoreless inning out of the pen.  The hits and RBI were pretty evenly spread out.  Jeff "Peanut Butter" Gelalich was 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored, a RBI, and a walk.  Amir Garrett pitches tonight at 7:05 PM EST.

Dayton doesn't like losing, refused to lose, and won by a score of 6-3. Jacob Paulson did his best to keep his team in the game (5.2 IP, 6 H, 3 ER, 0 BB, 6 K). Michael Sullivan and Jeremy "Hot Rod" Kivel combined for the final 3.1 innings of scoreless relief.  Ty "Martha" Washington was 3 for 5 with 2 doubles and a RBI, Jonathan Reynoso was 3 for 4 with 3 runs scored and a double, and Narciso Crook was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI.  Wyatt Strahan pitches tonight at 7:00 PM EST.

Billings fell to Grand Junction, 9-4. Soid "The Noid" Marquez didn't hae a good start (3 IP, 4 H, 4 ER, 4 BB, 2 K).  None of the relievers were good, either.  Kevin "Ben" Franklin was 3 for 5 with a RBI, and Brantley "Hell" Bell was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI.  Boyles starts tonight at 7:00 PM MT

As of midnight, the AZL Reds were losing to the White Sox 5-3 in six innings.  I'm not staying up for this one, so here is the box score.  Israel Cuevas pitched 2 scoreless innings with a strikeout.  Satchel "Paige" McElroy was 2 for 3 and Jose Siri was 2 for 3 with, 2 runs scored, and a triple.  Hopefully, I wake up and remember to update this one.
