Louisville came back from a 4-run deficit and tied the game at 4 in the top of the 8th only to surrender a pair in the bottom half, losing the game 6-4.  Yorman Rodriguez went 2-4 with a 3-run dinger, which was his first of the month.  He's been hitting the ball well as of late, .338/.410/.405 in the month of June, but the power hasn't really been there.  Irving Falu "Kuti" went 3-4 with a walk and a run scored.  Donovan Hand got the start for the Bats, giving up a pair of earned and a pair of unearned runs in 5.1 innings.  Mr. Hand struck out 2 and didn't allow a walk.  Keyvius Sampson toes the rubber for the Bats tonight at 7:05.

Pensacola was off for the Southern League All-Star Game.  Bob Steve struggled in his inning, striking out 1 and walking 2, while allowing a pair of runs.  Kyle Waldrop went 1-4 with a double, while Ray Chang went 0-2.  Tim Adelman tossed a perfect inning, and Kyle McMyne gave up a run in 0.1 innings pitched.

Daytona had their game suspended due to rain with the Tortugas down 1-0 after two innings.  Amir Garrett got the start, giving up a run on 3 hits while striking out 3 and walking none.  They'll pick up where they left off today at noon.

Dayton was off for the Midwest League All-Star Game.  Tyler Mahle struck out 2 and threw a wild pitch in 0.1 innings.  Tejay "My" Antone and Brian "Big Buck" Hunter both threw scoreless innings.

Billings had a quiet night at the plate, falling 3-1 to Missoula.  8th Round selection, Mitch Piatnik "At the Disco" went 2-4 with 2 singles, and Brantley "Taco" Bell smacked a triple on a 2-4 night.  Sarkis Ohanian gave up all 3 runs, but only 1 was earned, as he struck out 3 and allowed 3 hits in 2 innings.  Ty Boyles makes his second start of the season tonight as the Mustangs head to Great Falls at 9:00.

The AZL Reds squeaked past the Royals, winning 5-4.  Cory Thompson went 1-4 with a double and a run scored on a rehab assignment.  Also on rehab, Juan Duran went 1-2 with a double, a walk, and 2 RBI.  Alfredo "Lil' Pasta" Mena gave up all 4 Royals runs in 2.1 innings on 4 hits, 2 of which were dingers, and a walk, while striking out 3 batters.
