Happy Baseball New Year!
The Cincinnati Reds put the finishing touches on the 40-man roster that they'll begin the 2015 season with, and after both Sean Marshall and Jason Bourgeois were placed on the 60-day DL and Dylan Axelrod joined Sam LeCure in being outrighted from the roster altogether, each of Kevin Gregg, Jason Marquis, Brennan Boesch, and Chris Dominguez were added to make an even 40.
As for the baseballers who will be on the 25-man roster in Great American Ball Park to take on the Pittsburgh Pirates Monday afternoon, it appears the Reds will carry this squad:
Infielders
Joey Votto, Brandon Phillips, Zack Cozart, Todd Frazier, Chris Dominguez, Kristopher Negron
Catchers
Devin Mesoraco, Brayan Pena
Outfielders
Jay Bruce, Billy Hamilton, Marlon Byrd, Brennan Boesch, Skip Schumaker
Starting Pitchers
Johnny Cueto, Mike Leake, Jason Marquis, Anthony DeSclafani, Raisel Iglesias
Relief Pitchers
Aroldis Chapman, Kevin Gregg, Manny Parra, Burke Badenhop, J.J. Hoover, Jumbo Diaz, Tony Cingrani

Ladies and Gents, your 2015 Cincinnati Reds.
