Farmers Only: Have You Ever Seen The Rain?

I wanna know.

David Kohl-USA TODAY Sports

Louisville squeaked one out against Indianapolis on Wednesday by a score of 2-1.  Dylan Axl Rose Rod pitch a dandy of a game with 7 innings pitched, giving up 2 hits, 1 earned run, 1 walk, and 4 strikeouts.  The relief pitching combination of Hand - Adcock (Giggity) both pitched scoreless innings.  Trucker Barnfart was 2 for 4 with an RBI, driving in Yorman Rodriguez after a double, and Irving "Shamu" Falu had a RBI single.  Louisville will face the Indians on Thursday at 7:05 pm with Michael Lorenzen on the mound.

Pensacola hasn't played in three days because it was raining sideways or something.  Maybe they'll play on Thursday?  It's on the schedule, but I don't think you can trust anything anymore.  Thoreau's Walden will be read aloud at 6:05 pm CST.  Just kidding.  Some guy named Marcus Walden is suppose to pitch.  Do you think he has ever drove life into a corner and reduced it to its lowest terms?

The Tayton Dordugas Daytona Dragonas Daytona Tortugas were also rained out.  Florida is the worst.  Hurricane Sal pitches tomorrow.

Dayton shutout the Bowling Green Hot Rods (Who wants to see me do a BIG-ASS STUNT?!?!) 4-0.  Tyler "Better Call" Mahle had his second really good start of the year.  He went 6.2 innings, giving up 4 hits, 0 runs, 1 walk, and 5 strikeouts.  Jake Paulson and Conor "SANTA!" Krauss combined for the final 2.1 shutout innings.  The Dragons scored 4 runs but only had 3 hits.  Wendell Soto hit a solo wanger and 2 walks, and the Hot Rods had 2 errors that I'm sure contributed to the score.  The Dragons have TBD on the mound tomorrow at 7:00 pm.
