The Reds will have some extra bullpen help after the long series against the Cardinals, and are expected to call up righty Josh Smith from Louisville. From Jon Heyman:
Congrats to rhp josh smith. 21st rounder who signed for $1,000 got callup by reds. Great success story from lipscomb U.

The 27-year-old was mostly a starter in Louisville last season, going 10-7 with a 4.70 ERA in 24 starts. He's managed to move up a level in every season so far after being drafted in the 21st round in 2010 out of Lipscomb.
No word yet on who'll get moved to make room, but there are certainly moves coming. Obvious options include sending Raisel Iglesias down, who could make way for an extra reliever after his start, and Kevin Gregg, who has struggled in his 3 appearances so far this year.
