The Cincinnati Reds are baseballing again, and tonight the Chicago Cubs host them in Game 1 of the 3 game race to the bottom series in the Windy City.

Alfredo Simon will take the mound in search of some renewed success, and he'll be opposed by former Red Travis Wood.  Sean Marshall will not be pitching tonight, and Dave Sappelt is still short.  Long live Ronald Torreyes!

This is the last Monday with Reds baseball in 2014.  That made you sad, and for that I apologize.
