Tony Cingrani v. Jaime Garcia

COMPLETE COVERAGE >

Last night was pretty awesome. Homer pitched well enough, we saw how scary our bullpen can be when fully healthy, and the firepower in the lineup proved that it was back in full force.

The Reds have a bigger task at hand tonight, though. They have the chance to take the series against the Cardinals, and on what should be a beautiful night with a huge crowd at hand watching.

The Reds will face Jaime Garcia, who is making his second start of the season after sitting out for around a year with a torn labrum, on which he had surgery. He went 7 innings against Atlanta in his last outing, giving up 4 runs, and has a 4.78 ERA at GABP in his career.

Tony Cingrani will go for Cincinnati, also making his second start after being activated from the DL. He also gave up 4 runs in his last outing, too. He's faced the Cardinals twice already this year, with mixed results. His first outing was 7 shutout innings, his second didn't even last 5.

Go Reds!  They're my favorite team!
