Nothing like Johnny Cueto to put things back on track. He destroyed the Pirates again, evening up the series at 1 with two games left. The Reds can guarantee themselves at least a draw in the series, which would be a huge confidence booster before heading to Atlanta this weekend.
The Reds will go with Alfredo Simon, who has been spectacular this year. He has a 1.54 ERA at PNC in his career, but this will be his first start.
The Pirates counter with Charlie Morton, who missed the Reds the last time these teams played each other. His last start against Milwaukee didn't go as planned, as he gave up 5 runs in 6 innings. His year has been a little below average so far, just like his career against the Reds, where he sits with a less than stellar 4.09 ERA.
Go Reds! They're my favorite team!
