The Reds are coming off of one of the more bizarre games ever in GABP, as we're in the 7th inning of a 7 to 7 game. There have been 10 homers total, setting a GABP record, and those who attended could be eating their free pizza during the game tonight.
Cincinnati has J.J. Hoover as the current pitcher, and Pittsburgh's last pitcher was Bryan Morris. We'll finish that one, and then about a half hour later, the next game will begin.
In that game, we'll have a pitcher's duel as Mike Leake will face upstart Gerrit Cole. Leake went 8 shutout innings in his last outing in St. Louis, while Cole is coming off of a game against the Cubs where he went 6 innings and gave up 4 runs (3 earned).
Throw predictions for the second game in this space.
Go Reds! They're my favorite team who could win twice today!
