Alfredo Simon will take the mound today, and will look to make the haters shut their yappers. He's probably the best option to take some starts if something slows Latos or Leake, and he's looked pretty good so far this spring.

Some Fayman notes on pitchers on the mend.
  • Broxton will throw a bullpen tomorrow. If all goes well, he'll make his ST debut against the Tribe on Monday.
  • Latos will throw some live BP tomorrow.
  • Sean Marshall will throw off the mound for the first time since his last setback. Price is speculating that his timetable is the first or second week in April. However, he obviously isn't a athletic trainer, and Marshall seems to have set back after set back.
Here is to happy baseball. Maybe they can add a fake win to make me fake happy.
