How good was last night? It'll be hard to beat, but the Reds have a chance to take the series against St. Louis tonight.
We can't sit here and worry about the Pirates, because they keep winning and there's nothing we can do about that right now. We'll have our crack at the Pirates. Time to take care of business now.
Bronson didn't have a good start in Colorado, but he's coming off of 3 quality starts in a row at home. Unfortunately, his last clunker at home was against this same Cardinals team.
He'll face Shelby Miller, who got rocked by the Pirates his last time out. He's only faced the Reds once, and only won because he got 13 runs in support. The Reds made him work in that start, making him throw 97 pitches in 5 innings, so if they can do that again, they can dig into the bullpen earlier than they did last night.
Let's win the series. Go Reds.
