Reds at Cubs, Game 2: Preview/Prediction Thread

Jerry Lai-USA TODAY Sports

Good start last night, and a much needed respite to the bullpen. Mat Latos was brilliant, and Homer Bailey will look to continue that trend tonight. Homer threw 8 innings and only gave up 1 unearned run last time he was at Wrigley, so the Reds would be happy with a similar performance tonight.

The Cubs will throw former Notre Dame wide receiver Jeff Samardszoijoijjnakjsngjna, who despite having pretty great stuff, should be having a better season than he has been. Maybe the Reds should bring back former cornerback Derrick Robinson for this game only to hit Jeff S. as he tries to catch a pass over the middle.

Chapman could use a break, but this bullpen chart looks way better than yesterday.

Go Reds!
