I'm getting real tired of this crap. Yes, this team isn't playing well, but somebody on this team needs to consider that getting punked in this series (like it looks like they could) might make it really difficult to get back into the swing of things for the rest of the year. The Cards refuse to lose (until last night) and the Pirates have the Mets this weekend, which is way easier than our matchup. The Reds are already 4 games out of 2nd place. We're 3 weeks from the trade deadline, with the ASG thrown in. If there isn't some kind of change, whether it be in personnel, attitude, or something else, the Reds could find themselves behind by double digits by August.

Onward, though. Every game of this series is the most important game of the year so far right now. Let's get some wins.

I'd mention the starting pitchers, but when I do, they tend to do the opposite of what I predict they will, so I'm going to keep my mouth shut with this one. Go Reds.
