Onward and upward. The Reds take on Arizona after a disappointing opening game. Oddly enough, this game isn't timed too badly for the Eastern time zone.
The Reds will try their luck against Patrick Corbin, who I'll admit, I was pretty surprised to see with a 9-0 record and a 2.28 ERA. He went 8 innings in his last start against Miami, but hasn't faced the Reds yet. In his one career start against us, he went 6 2/3 innings and gave up 2 runs.
Cincinnati will counter with Mike Leake, who is coming off of two straight starts where he's been very good. Unfortunately, his ERA at Chase Field is 11.27, which is not particularly encouraging.
Bullpen could use a break, as usual. Let's go Reds.
