Well, last night sucked.

Today the Reds will go with Bronson Arroyo, who gave up 12 hits to the Brewers last time out, but kept his team in the game. He strangely hasn't faced the Pirates at all this season, but has a career 3.88 ERA against the team that drafted him.

The Pirates bring Jeff Locke into the mix, who you may remember from the first week of the season, where he gave up only 1 run in a 3-1 Reds loss. Since then, he's pushed his record to 6-1, his last win being a 7 shutout inning performance against the Dodgers. His 2.19 ERA might get him all-star votes.

Seriously... screw last night. It's a new 2-game series, and the Reds need these games. Period. You can't get punked by Charlie Morton. I hope last night lit a fire under someone's ass.

Go Reds! They're my favorite team!
