Louisville had the day off yesterday. Daniel "Hold on to Your Butts" Corcino (2-9, 7.69 ERA) takes the hill as the Bats head to Norfolk to take on the Tides at 7:05 PM ET.

Pensacola was off as well. Tim "Blue" Crabbe (2-6, 3.64 ERA) faces Mobile in the Battle of the Bay at 8 PM ET.

Bakersfield got football score'd by the Visalia Rawhide, falling 14-9. Jon Moscot was pulled after 4 innings, allowing 4 runs with 4 K and 4 BB. The Hurt Lotzkar followed him, and allowed 6 runs, managing to get only one out in the 5th. RIP Kyle Lotzkar. Hey, at least the offense was productive! Yorman had a very nice night out of the leadoff spot, going 3-4 with a double, a triple, and a walk. Steve "Too" Selsky "for A-ball" drove in 4 runs on a 4-5 night, with 2 doubles and a wanger. Up Next: The Blaze head to Modesto to start a series against the Nuts. Starters TBA.

Dayton got ran over by the Bowling Green Hot Rods in an 11-6 affair. After starting the season with 1.64 ERA in 5 April starts, Sal Romano's check engine light came on, and he's struggled mightily the last month and a half. Last night was no different, as Ol' Sal gave up 7 runs, 6 earned, in 5 innings, striking out 4 and walking none. Jesus "Walks" Adames couldn't stop the bleeding, allowing 3 runs in the 6th, on 3 hits and 5 free passes. Seth Mejias-Brean went 2-4 with a double and a walk. Up Next: Dayton continues their series against Bowling Green at 7 PM ET. Joel "Bite My Shiny Metal Ass" Bender (0-2, 5.26 ERA) gets the start.
